Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Fine Jewelry Production / Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing the entire production process to ensure quality and timely delivery of jewelry pieces, managing relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, and ensuring adherence to sustainable practices. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, supervising quality control processes, and collaborating with design and marketing teams to align production with company goals. Qualifications • Experience in jewelry production, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain management • Proficiency in quality control and technical skills specific to fine jewelry production • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and supplier teams • Understanding of sustainable practices and commitment to eco-friendly production processes • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Prior experience in the jewelry industry or related field is a strong asset • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Jewelry Design, or related field preferred
