Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence, driving traffic, and increasing conversions through various digital marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO practices, and performance marketing to enhance the customer journey and maximize sales. Duties • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and analysis to drive targeted traffic. • Optimize product listings and content for conversion optimization. • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Create engaging content for various channels including email marketing, blogs, and social media posts. • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement. • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective SEM strategies are in place. • Collaborate with graphic design teams using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials. • Maintain e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand standards. • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement. • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and email campaigns to improve performance metrics. • Manage content creation across various platforms while adhering to brand guidelines. Qualifications • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM practices. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including performance marketing and conversion optimization. • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred. • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement. • Experience in social media management and advertising (Facebook Advertising). • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools for effective campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Creative mindset with experience in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or similar software is a plus. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
