Calling cleared UX Designers! Eleven Peppers is hiring Senior UX Designers. Sounds exciting? Read on… The Fun Stuff: · Define interface requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders · Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through user research · Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information · Brand and design UIs, define style guides to ensure consistency in the interface · Collaborate with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions The Necessities: · You have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, human factors engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Usability Engineering) and at least 10 years of experience · You’ve mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software, to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups · You have familiarity with a prototyping tool such as Axsure, Sketch, or Adobe XD · Your design sensibility is refined and purposeful, and the artifacts you create are beautiful and functional · Talking to users and soliciting their feedback is second nature, and you can articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences The Place to Be:  Work location is Columbia, MD. Some telework may be available. The Salary: Salary range provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
