The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting healthy lifestyles and skilled at driving business growth through authentic relationship-building with clients, partners, and wellness communities. Responsibilities include generating high-quality leads, and providing ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and retention. Business Development: • Establish and understand our relationships with prospective and current clients • Drive overall company efforts in Lead Generation • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within all sectors for fitness, wellness and community engagement solutions. • Management Outreach efforts for lead generation (Planning & Execution) • Develop and maintain strong client, industry partners & equipment vendor relationships to promote long-term partnerships. • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, marketing materials & flyers tailored to client needs. • Collaborate with BD team to create marketing materials to promote lead generation campaigns and customize offerings. • Assist with contract negotiations and opportunities with prospective clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals. • Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities. • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies and stay ahead. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. • Assist with RFP submissions as needed • May be responsible for submitting any New client jot forms, technology jot forms etc. to get a new client started with Elevation Health home office team • Assist with Community Engagement Platform demos to prospective clients • Assist in creating, developing and marketing new sellable programs for Elevation Health and evaluate as necessary • Maintains Google Drive organization, updates Sales Goals regularly • Other duties as assigned Travel Requirements: • Local and national travel will be required What we are looking for: • Experience: • Proven Successful B2B Sales background and experience, including prospecting, following up on leads and executing proposals • Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales Experience. • Background in fitness technology, wellness programs, or managed services (Plus). • Proven marketing and social media experience (Plus) • Skills: • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft, Google Suite, Canva and Salesforce • Excellent verbal/written communication, customer service, and presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What We Offer: • Medical, dental and vision benefits available for all full-time employees after 30 days of employment (on the first of the following month) • Ancillary insurance benefits available after 1 year of employment • Health Savings Account • 401k participation after 1 year of employment (with up to 3% match) • Paid Time Off (accrual based on tenure) • Professional Development reimbursement available immediately (amount based on tenure) • Extensive Training and Development Program • Partnership with ISSA for CEUs and certification discounts • Employee Discount Program Ready to make a difference?
