RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with staff to support campus initiatives, events, and projects related to facilities needs. • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet standards. • Plan and coordinate all installations, development, and maintenance required for the buildings, grounds, and projects you oversee. • Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. • Review utility consumption in an effort to minimize costs. • Supervise related facilities vendors and contractors (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc). • Process through work orders, systems management, HVAC access controls, and related space management. • Perform budget analysis and forecasting where necessary. MUST-HAVES • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community). • Highly organized and solution-oriented. • Proficient in Google Drive/Docs. • High level of customer service and communication skills. • Ability to manage people, including motivating others, offering sound decision making, and giving direction. • Ability to analyze situations and develop solutions quickly. • Basic knowledge of building operations and maintenance requirements. • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly. • We're a growing church, and this role requires day-to-day driving and has some travel expectations (minimal right now). NICE-TO-HAVES • Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting • Construction or Contstruction Project Management experience DAY-TO-DAY • We're typically a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses. (Note: There will be after-hours and on-call expectations included in this role. Our Operations team works hard to prevent issues, and we work together to support each other and our campuses when issues do arise). • There will be after hours and on call expectations included in this role.
