Full Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s founder. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members. Responsibilities: • Act as the point of contact for the founder • Help with scheduling, appointments, spreadsheets and budgeting • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage founder's calendar and set up meetings • Make travel and accommodation arrangements • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports • Take minutes • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence • Organize and maintain filing, records, and receipts system • Supporting with other needs that may arise Responsibilities: • Must be very tech savvy and proficient with Excel, EMR and be able to execute various technology based systems to manage compliance reports • Must have general knowledge of health care licensing and accreditation regulations • This is a forward facing patient interface position. Strong communication, positive demeanor and customer service is a necessity Skills: • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role • Excellent MS Office knowledge • Computer skills • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) • Understanding of technical equipment • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality • High School degree • PA diploma or certification is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Schedule: • 4 hour shift Work Location: In person
