This position manages Elevate’s workforce programs and initiatives that reduce barriers to employment, help employers attract and retain skilled talent, and expand economic mobility across the Black Hills. Exempt, Salaried: $50,000–$58,000 Supportive Policies: Paid Time Off & Flexibility • 20 days of vacation • 12 days of personal leave • 12 weeks paid parental leave • All U.S. holidays • Remote Work days Robust Health & Wellness Coverage • 100% employer-paid employee medical premiums • 60% employer-paid premiums for spouse and dependents • Dental and vision • Long-term disability, and $100K employer-paid life & AD&D • 401(k) with up to 7% total employer contribution Financial Support & Perks • Monthly $50 cell phone stipend • IRS-rate mileage reimbursement for business travel • Company credit card for business expenses Primary Scope: Job-Seeker Support, Workforce Programs & Events, Job Board Management, Workforce Mobility Initiatives, Talent Readiness, and Community Engagement Duties: • Manage the Elevate Rapid City Job Board and related job-seeker resources to improve access to employment opportunities throughout the region. • Coordinate and deliver workforce programs and events, including Workforce Engagement Strategies, Workforce Coffee Connections, and other initiatives that connect employers and job seekers. • Administer economic mobility programs such as CareerLIFT, workforce stipends, and other initiatives that expand access to employment and training. • Provide data, analysis, and workforce insights to employers and community partners to inform talent attraction, training, and retention strategies. • Build and maintain partnerships with employers, educators, and community organizations to align workforce needs and opportunities. • Support initiatives that promote upskilling, reskilling, and long-term talent pipeline development, contributing to economic mobility and workforce stability. • Track and report key performance metrics to evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Coordinate grant-related activities • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
