Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Content Manager to lead our content initiatives across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and content management systems, with a keen eye for engaging storytelling and brand consistency. The Digital Content Manager will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of digital content to ensure alignment with organizational goals and marketing objectives. Duties • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience needs. • Manage and optimize content across websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and e-commerce platforms using content management systems such as WordPress. • Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting, editing, photography, videography, and graphic design to produce compelling multimedia assets. • Utilize SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic. • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute social media marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics. • Oversee the production of white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership materials for B2B marketing initiatives. • Ensure all digital content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and accessibility requirements while maintaining consistency across channels. • Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, content management, and e-commerce to continuously innovate and improve content strategies. Skills • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and content optimization strategies. • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and video editing software for multimedia production. • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and maintenance. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding principles to customize web pages as needed. • Expertise in content strategy development, copywriting, editing, and storytelling for diverse audiences. • Familiarity with social media management tools and social media marketing best practices. • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to inform content decisions. • Skills in photography and videography for creating original visual assets that enhance storytelling efforts. • Understanding of digital marketing tactics such as email marketing automation, marketing automation platforms, and e-commerce integration. • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
