The Patient Marketing Manager for our Clinical Research Site Network will play a crucial role in designing and executing innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing patient engagement and recruitment. This position is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of clinical trials and fostering a patient-centric approach throughout the network. By leveraging data-driven insights and creative marketing techniques, the Manager will ensure the clinical research sites are positioned as trusted and attractive options for potential participants. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the organization’s objectives to increase patient recruitment and retention across all clinical research sites. • Campaign Management: Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively reach and engage target patient demographics. • Brand Development: Contribute to enhancing the network’s brand visibility and reputation as a leader in patient-centered clinical research by helping craft and convey consistent, clear, and compelling messaging. • Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data analytics, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts and alignment with clinical needs. • Market Research and Analysis: Utilize market research and data analytics to understand patient behaviors, preferences, and barriers to participation, adapting strategies accordingly to maximize impact. • Patient Engagement Initiatives: Support the development and oversight of innovative patient engagement initiatives, including educational materials, webinars, and community outreach programs, to build trust and awareness. • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Key Criteria • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years in the healthcare or clinical research industry. • Leadership Skills: Ability to support and contribute to a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful presentations. • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a track record of successful digital campaign execution. • Patient-Centric Focus: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and addressing the needs and motivations of clinical trial participants. • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
