Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Creates and maintains databases to track business performance. • Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures. • Develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies. • Creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports. • May require taking business issue and devising best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools. • May make recommendations based upon data analysis. Requirements: • Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 3 years data analysis or related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software is strongly preferred. • Ability to manipulate large sets of data is strongly preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills are strongly preferred. • Salesforce DataCloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SQL experience is required. • Adobe Campaign experience preferred. Job Type: Contract Additional Details: • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (must work EST time zone regardless of residence time zone) Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, contractors are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
