Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elevait Solutions is a veteran-owned, fully remote consulting and tech enablement firm offering a SkillBridge internship designed for transitioning military service members. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will support and secure the systems that power the company's operations, focusing on cloud systems and remote infrastructure. Responsibilities • Administer and maintain cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS apps) • Monitor system health, manage backups, and enforce security compliance • Provide remote technical support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues • Oversee user provisioning, permissions, and device management • Assist in IT policy development, rollouts, and enforcement • Troubleshoot issues across cloud environments, endpoints, and access systems • Maintain detailed IT documentation, inventories, and user guides • Partner with recruiting, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure IT readiness Skills • Active-duty U.S. service members within 180 days of separation, with command approval to participate in SkillBridge • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking • Experience managing Windows and/or Mac environments • Familiarity with cloud tools (M365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.) • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection • Ability to communicate clearly and support end users with varying levels of technical experience • Previous military roles in communications, IT, cyber, or tech support are highly applicable Company Overview • Elevait Solutions offers consulting and workforce solutions using proprietary machine-learning technology.
