Job Title: Business Operations Analyst Location: Philadelphia PA Duration: 3+ Months Job Type: Contract Note: Top 3 Keywords: 1- Microsoft Power BI & Power Automate 2- SharePoint Online 3- Project Management Top Required Skills: • Policy and procedure management • Data analytics and reporting (Power BI) • Project management Must-Have Skills: • Skilled working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online • Experience with Microsoft Power BI (data mining, reporting, trend analysis) • Experience building and managing Power Automate workflows • Project management experience • Strong documentation, editing, and reporting skills • Ability to coordinate meetings and track action items Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience managing policy & procedure (P&P) transitions • Training experience for internal and external stakeholders • Experience supporting site design or new business initiatives Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Develop, edit, research, and maintain policy and procedural documents to ensure accuracy and compliance • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure policies remain current and aligned • Manage projects including new business initiatives, site design, and P&P transitions • Coordinate business meetings, document minutes, and ensure task completion • Deliver training to internal and external departments • Perform data analytics, data mining, and reporting to identify trends and insights Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience • Proven experience in policy/procedure documentation and governance • Strong project coordination and organizational skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Elevait Solutions is a disabled-veteran owned staffing and workforce solutions company built on purpose, integrity, and impact.
