The Fleet Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring smooth operations onsite at client locations. This includes fostering relationships with clients and vendors, scheduling repairs, and performing inspections of fleet vehicles.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment. Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance, along with excellent communication skills, is highly desirable.

Fleet Operations Coordinator (POOL) As the Fleet Operations Coordinator, you will work onsite at our client locations. This position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring a smooth operation onsite. Are you: A continuous learner who can quickly learn and apply new knowledge and skills? Responsibilities and Duties Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel and advise on activities to maintain health of fleet. Schedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor. Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to recommend and implement improvements to program and create greater efficiencies. Key management of variable fleet units Facilitate & schedule with third-party vendors corrective mechanical and body repairs as agreed upon by Buyer, Vendor, and Customer and which may be revised from time to time. Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the variable fleet. Coordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of variable fleet units. Ensure the refueling of returned units. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment. 1+ years of managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding in customer service, maintenance, and inspections a plus. Preferred Qualifications College/University Degree Knowledge of vehicle repair/maintenance activities Excellent customer service skills Strong verbal and written communications Detail oriented. Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to drive and be on your feet up to 8 hrs. per day.
