The Fleet Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring smooth operations onsite at client locations. This includes relationship management, process improvement, and vehicle processing and preparation.
Candidates should have 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment. A college/university degree is preferred, along with experience managing rental or fleet vehicles.

This position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring a smooth operation onsite. What you’ll do Relationship Management Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel and advise on activities to maintain health of fleet Schedule and perform record keeping of all activities completed, whether by Vendor or managed by a third-party vendor. Process Improvement Collaborate with Buyer and Customer to recommend and implement improvements to program and create greater efficiencies Key Management of Variable Fleets Monitor & Schedule Maintenance Repairs Drive enterprise-wide HR process standardization, simplification, and automation to eliminate inefficiencies and manual workarounds. Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across all HR services. Partner with the HRIS leader to facilitate change management efforts related to Workday updates, testing, and training, ensuring successful adoption of new system functionality. Vehicle processing & preparation Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the variable fleet Coordinate light detailing / washing / cleaning of variable fleet units Ensure the refueling of returned units Basic Qualifications 2-5 years customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable, preferably in a B2B service environment Preferred Qualifications Education: College/University degree preferred 1+ years of managing rental or fleet vehicles with an understanding in customer service, maintenance, and inspections a plus Location: Remote US The fixed-term pay range for this position is $30/hr. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
