The DSP Exit Specialist will provide proactive support and coaching to DSPs exiting the Delivery Service Provider program. This role focuses on minimizing disputes and ensuring a smooth offboarding process while engaging with various internal teams and client representatives.
Candidates should have 5-7+ years of relevant experience in the fleet industry and strong knowledge of contracts between clients and delivery providers. A college/university degree is preferred, along with experience in process management.

About the Role We’re looking for an exceptional DSP Exit Specialist who will be responsible for providing proactive support & coaching to DSPs exiting from our client’s Delivery Service Provider program. The specialist will be measured on their responsiveness to clients, and their ability to minimize disputes by preparing drivers/fleets for the exit process & setting appropriate expectations. This role is expected to actively engage with Element’s Collision Management team, Fleet Coaches, and Billing team to gather necessary documentation to conclude or avoid disputes. The coordinator will also regularly engage representatives from our client during their day-to-day activities. What You’ll Do Actively engage with and coach DSPs (Delivery Service Providers) exiting from our client’s Delivery Service Provider program, and/or terminating their operations. Position facilitates the DSP offboarding processes and focuses on minimizing lost client revenues and achieving collections targets. May partner with internal departments to obtain necessary information to minimize offboarding/exit disputes with DSPs. Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities within the DSP offboarding process. Monitors redeployment of vans progress & ensures updates are provided to the DSP monthly. (may partner with the Program Lead to execute) Independently prepares and provides metrics for client meeting operational cadence through stakeholder meetings, reports, updates as appropriate; including to executive team audiences quarterly. Develops & maintains reporting / dashboards to track dispute progress; and reports out to relevant stakeholders on a regular cadence. Facilitates dispute resolution activities. Basic Qualifications Process Management experience preferred 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience in the Fleet industry Strong knowledge of all contracts between client and last mile delivery providers with Element. High level of knowledge with Xcelerate, Driven, Salesforce Service Cloud & Smartsheet (a plus) Preferred Qualifications Education: College/University degree preferred Fleet Manager experience Location: Remote US (ideally near Owings Mills, MD or Hopkins, MN) The hiring base salary range for this position is $75,500 - $103,800 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
