Location - NY or Chicago About the Role: We are seeking a Treasury & Finance Analyst to manage daily customer fund movements and ensure compliance with DCO regulations in our clearinghouse operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with experience in financial transaction processing who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and monitor customer deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers across multiple banking systems (BMO, EP3, NetSuite) Execute wire transfers with precision, ensuring accurate fund routing and allocation Monitor and resolve cash verification alerts with meticulous attention to detail Support compliance with CFTC Treasury Policy requirements for fund movement Process journal entries and reconcile daily financial transactions Coordinate with Operations team on unmatched deposits and wire return procedures Maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and regulatory purposes Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-3 years experience in: Financial operations Clearinghouse or financial exchange environments Customer funds management Banking transaction processing Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience with multi-system financial transaction processing Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Advanced Excel proficiency Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience: Background in futures, securities, or commodity clearing Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services Experience with automated financial systems and real-time transaction tracking Bonus points if: You have experience with financial services or trading systems infrastructure You're passionate about clean energy and its intersection with financial markets What does ElectronX offer?
