This is a full-time on-site role for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk located in El Dorado Hills, CA. Role Description Electro & Company is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our Fulfillment Crew. Our Shipping/Receiving Clerk, plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring every order, component, and shipment moves through the warehouse with accuracy and efficiency. You'll be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound freight, maintaining organized inventory flow, and supporting the fulfillment team with timely processing of parts, kits, and bikes. You’ll help keep the flow of bikes, parts, and gear moving — picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders that fuel the Ready-to-Rip lifestyle. • Pick, pack, and prep customer orders for shipments • Assist with product assembly, wiring, labeling, and quality checks • Keep the shop and inventory areas clean, organized, and efficient • Load/unload shipments and restock parts and bikes • Receiving Items and performing Inspections • Use computers and software to update inventory and print shipping labels • Spot issues early, think critically, and bring creative solutions to keep operations smooth • Support the tech teams with special projects and builds • Complete Monthly Inventory counts as well as preform EOY Inventory Qualifications • Ability to lift 50 lbs. minimum, physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items is necessary • Proficiency in handling tools, equipment, and basic repair or maintenance tasks • Ability to perform manual labor with attention to safety and operational efficiency • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team • A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done • Ability to identify problems and come up with practical solutions • Familiarity with workshop safety procedures and equipment maintenance is an asset • Computer and typing experience preferred • Excellent communication and people skills preferred • Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a passion for the moto lifestyle High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications is a plus Why Join the Crew • Be part of a rapidly growing company with tons of room for advancement • Work with a tight-knit team, building and shipping the best electric pit bikes in the game • Employee discounts on all Electro & Company products • Shop culture built around creativity, performance, and the love of two wheels Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
