We are seeking an intern to assist our operations team. This hands-on role will be involved in all aspects of running our day-to-day business focused in Customer Care, Fulfillment, and Office Operations. Must be organized and responsible with the ability to collaborate and take direction. • Though this is an operations based role, you’ll be exposed to all aspects of running a small business • General responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping DTC orders, processing returns and repairs, sales and other site analytics reporting, completing weekly inventory counts and ordering, restocking supplies, and more. • This position is ideally 2-3 days a week in our Hoboken, NJ Office • Ideally Starting in February • This is an unpaid internship. General transportation costs will be reimbursed.
