The Manager, Paid Digital Marketing is responsible for managing the strategy and optimization of paid digital channels. This includes building and optimizing campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics to drive new member acquisition.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads are essential.
About the Role The Manager, Paid Digital Marketing is a hands-on expert responsible for managing the day-to-day strategy and optimization of Eleanor Health’s paid digital channels. This role is critical to driving new members (patients) through compelling, data-driven campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate has proven experience in delivering strong paid digital performance and brings strong analytical skills, deep understanding of paid ad platforms, and a passion for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and incrementality testing. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. What You'll Do Campaign Management: Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. Budget Management: Monitor and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to lower CPA, increase conversion rates, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Creative & Ad Copy Collaboration: Work with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that drive engagement and conversions. Conversion Rate Optimization & Incrementality Testing: Develop robust A/B testing program to continuously improve on-page conversion and conduct regular incrementality testing to refine channel mix and bidding targets. Reporting & Insights: Deliver regular performance reports, highlight key insights, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results. Trend Monitoring: Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep campaigns competitive. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 4+ years of experience managing paid digital campaigns with hands-on-keyboard expertise. Proven track record of lowering CPA and driving measurable acquisition results. Proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or other highly regulated industries. Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications. Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing strategies. Compensation & Benefits The target annual compensation range for this position is $100,000-115,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
