About the Role The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is a hands-on expert responsible for managing Eleanor Health’s marketing automation programs to drive both new member acquisition and ongoing engagement. This role involves mapping, building, deploying, testing, and optimizing automated journeys across email, SMS, and other channels to create a seamless and personalized experience for leads and members. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in marketing automation platforms (such as Iterable, Braze, or HubSpot), data-driven, and passionate about creating impactful user journeys. What You'll Do Journey Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and manage automated lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, mail, and more). Automation Management: Configure workflows, triggers, and segmentation strategies within the marketing automation platform to deliver personalized experiences. Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. Data Integration: Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate data flows for segmentation, personalization, and reporting. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion. Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with HIPAA, TCPA, and other relevant regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Member Acquisition, Content, and Tech teams to align lifecycle strategies with overall marketing and business goals. Innovation: Stay up to date on marketing automation best practices, tools, and emerging trends to continuously improve lifecycle marketing initiatives. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing with direct experience managing marketing automation programs. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Iterable, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce MarketingCloud, or similar). Strong understanding of customer segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalized messaging. Hands-on experience building workflows, templates, and campaign automation. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance. Preferred: Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce HealthCloud and data integration. Compensation & Benefits The total target compensation range for this position is $80,000-90,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
