Overview Elderly Home Care is a licensed New Jersey home care agency providing private-pay in-home support, companionship, and RN oversight. We are expanding our community network and looking for independent partners who can help connect families with our services. This is ideal for someone who already has a full-time job and wants a flexible way to earn extra income, especially if you naturally interact with older adults or families in New Jersey. Strong fits include: • Medicare brokers • Senior placement advisors • Geriatric care managers • Freelance caregivers & companions • Social workers • Hospital & rehab staff (independent referrals) • Real estate agents assisting NJ families • Community & church leaders • Anyone plugged into NJ communities where families might need support Responsibilities • People with strong connections in New Jersey communities. • This role is simple and referral-only — and applies only to private-pay clients. • You connect us with families who can pay privately for home care • You submit the referral through a quick online form • Our RN intake team reaches out to the family within a few hours • If the client begins private-pay services and remains active for 21 days → you earn your commission Compensation You earn a commission based on the client’s weekly hours at the start of care: • $500 for clients beginning 10–20 hours per week • $1,000 for clients beginning 20+ hours per week or live-in care Commissions are paid after the client has completed 14 days of active private-pay service. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with no cap on earnings.
