In this pivotal role, you’ll turn technical products into compelling stories for a variety of audiences and empower our company’s growth through best-in-class digital content marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and conversion for our suite of SaaS products • Monitor and analyze digital campaign KPIs, using metrics to refine approaches and demonstrate campaign ROI • Partner with external vendors and industry publications to extend brand reach and optimize the marketing budget • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives and product roadmaps Content Creation & Brand Messaging for SaaS Solutions • Craft compelling content and messaging—from presentations and sales enablement assets to follow-up materials—that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences • Review and approve content prepared by guest presenters and partners, ensuring alignment with ELB Learning branding and standards • Monitor industry and digital content trends to proactively identify new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches Product Positioning & Market Readiness • Leverage deep knowledge of SaaS industry dynamics to position ELB Learning’s software offerings competitively in the market • Translate complex product features into accessible, benefits-driven narratives for a wide spectrum of stakeholders • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product launches and major feature releases in partnership with product and sales teams Cross-Department Collaboration & Insights Sharing • Work seamlessly with product, sales, content, and customer success teams to maintain unified voice and ensure optimal customer experience through every touchpoint • Gather and communicate market intelligence and customer insights to inform product direction and business strategy • Support the development of integrated marketing programs across our SaaS portfolio Stakeholder Relationship Management & Industry Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including media outlets, industry publications, vendors, and thought leaders • Cultivate collaborative partnerships internally to support innovative and unified SaaS marketing efforts Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product marketing with a track record of success in B2B environments • Demonstrated expertise in SaaS product marketing (highly preferred) Key Competencies & Skills • Digital Marketing: Advanced skills in planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns (including email, social, SEO, content, and display) • Content Development: Exceptional writing and communication skills; able to adapt narrative for various personas and needs • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and translating metrics into actionable insights • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment • Collaboration: Experience working productively across cross-functional teams Technical Requirements for SaaS Marketing • Experience with marketing automation systems, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) • Solid understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle marketing, and strategies for driving adoption and retention • Working knowledge of content management and digital publishing platforms How to Apply • Submit your resume outlining your SaaS product marketing experience • Provide a brief cover note describing how your skills in digital marketing and SaaS content strategy will help position ELB Learning for market leadership Why Join ELB Learning In a world where automation, robotics, and AI are transforming industries, the pressure to upskill, reskill, and future-proof your workforce has never been greater.
