What is The Role This Sr. Manager will report to the VP of Global Growth and Experiences Marketing, and support Strategy, Analytics & Planning as their effective Chief of Staff, acting as a trusted right hand responsible for driving planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. The role partners closely with the VP and leadership team to develop priorities, translate strategy into action, and ensure the organization is aligned to the highest-impact initiatives. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, analytical depth, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without formal authority. Through structured analysis, performance deep-dives, and focused operating rhythms, this role helps improve transparency, speed, and execution quality across the team, enabling the organization to scale effectively and deliver against high-reaching growth targets. This role reports to the Vice President Global Growth and Experiences Marketing and is remote within the US or Canada. What You Will Be Doing Strategic Partnership • Act as a strategic thought partner and extension of the VP, supporting decision-making, prioritization, and communication. • Help frames key questions, assess trade-offs, and prepare recommendations and materials for leadership discussions, QBRs, and executive forums. • Represent the VP's perspective in cross-functional meetings and working sessions, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and momentum. Operating Rhythm & Scale • Build, lead, and continuously improve the operating cadence for the organization, including planning cycles, business reviews, and performance tracking. • Help translate company-level priorities into clear, actionable plans for regional, partner, industry, ABM and advocacy marketing teams. • Identify friction, gaps, and inefficiencies in how teams operate and drive improvements to increase focus and execution velocity. Planning, Prioritization & Execution • Partner with marketing, sales, finance, and operations to support annual planning, quarterly prioritization, and ongoing trade-off decisions. • Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution, ensuring accountability and measurable outcomes. • Support growth planning by synthesizing inputs across regions, partners, and functions into a coherent point of view. Analytics & Performance Management • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of regional and partner marketing on pipeline, revenue, and conversion performance. • Lead analyses to diagnose performance issues, find opportunities, and inform strategic and operational decisions. • Build executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that enable faster, better decision-making. Cross-Functional Alignment • Serve as the connective tissue between regional marketing, partner marketing, analytics, marketing operations, finance, and sales. • Drive alignment through clear communication, shared metrics, and data-backed recommendations. • Ensure initiatives remain aligned to agreed priorities and that dependencies and risks are surfaced early. What You Bring • You are located in North America • Experience working at a B2B SaaS company • Proven experience in marketing, sales, strategy, analytics, operations, or related roles, with demonstrated success owning sophisticated cross-functional initiatives • Strong business and analytical competence, with a deep understanding of marketing's role within a broader go-to-market strategy • Hands-on experience with business analytics, including financial planning, funnel analysis, marketing measurement, and performance reporting • Consistent track record of influencing without authority, navigating ambiguity, and driving transparency in fast-paced environments • Outstanding communicator that can synthesize complexity, frame decisions, and clearly articulate recommendations to senior leader
