Maintain organized storage, update inventory records, perform weekly counts, and support warehouse operations.
GED or warehouse experience, bilingual in English/Spanish, physical ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work first shift and overtime.
Responsibilities/ Main job duties: · Maintain organized storage areas and follow safety protocols. · Ensure that the Inventory Warehouse doors are secured and locked. · Receive, notify, and maintain parts that arrive at the correct locations and label them correctly. · Update inventory in Red Zone system of parts that arrive, given out, etc. · Perform weekly counts to verify the stock of inventory. · Notify Maintenance Manager and the Purchases Department when the minimum is reached in inventory. · Receive parts from the warehouse dock/area and notify them that the parts have arrived. · Keep track of the parts on exit and which PM or WO they belong to, to make the corresponding output in the Red Zone system. · Record outputs and inputs of equipment and tools in the system. · Support the Maintenance Manager with any task assigned. · Forklift Experience is highly desirable Requirements · GED Preferred · Experience in Warehouses or similar areas. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email. · Bilingual English/Spanish required. · Ability to work M-F 1st shift and Flexibility to work overtime. Physical Requirements · Able to lift, carry and push at least 50lbs. · Able to be on foot for the duration of the shift. · Able to bend, kneel, squat on a concrete floor. · Able to work in various temperatures/weather conditions.
