Job Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive E-commerce Account Manager to oversee client accounts and keep their online and retail operations running smoothly. As the main connection between our clients and internal teams, you’ll handle store setups, inventory, promotions, and day-to-day tasks that create top-notch merchandise experiences. What You'll Be Doing • Client Relationships & Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships as the go-to contact—anticipating their needs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing strategic guidance to help them surpass their merchandising goals. • Store Setup & Optimization: Build and optimize e-commerce channels like Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and more, aligning inventory and fulfillment so orders move smoothly from online checkout to doorstep. • Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Work with our production team to develop brand-relevant products, source high-quality goods, and orchestrate logistics—from restocks to purchase orders—ensuring everything runs on schedule. • Sales & Promotions: Plan and coordinate promotions, discounts, and product launches to drive revenue, working closely with clients to align on brand objectives and timelines. • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and provide regular reports on sales and inventory metrics, turning them into actionable insights that drive campaigns, refine product assortments, and boost overall profitability. • Specialization: Grow your skill set in areas like advanced shipping solutions, product development, store customization, or event-based merchandising to add specialized value to client projects. • Who We're Looking For • E-commerce & Account Management Experience: Prior background in e-commerce and account management, ideally working with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta Business Suite, ShipHero, ShipStation, Klaviyo, or similar. Experience with tasks such as managing product listings, running ad campaigns, or tracking customer data is a plus. • Tech-Savvy & Innovative: Comfortable using and automating modern SaaS platforms (Monday.com, Slack, Google Workspace, Make.com) for project management and collaboration. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is a big plus. You excel at finding new ways to streamline workflows and deliver outstanding results for our clients. • Excellent Communication & Collaboration: You excel in a team-focused environment that demands regular client check-ins and cross-department coordination. From clarifying needs with our production team to ensuring marketing timelines are met, you keep everyone aligned—and you're adept at translating client feedback into actionable steps across diverse brands. • Data-Informed: We use data every day to guide decisions—whether it’s forecasting inventory, analyzing sales trends, or optimizing ad spend. Being comfortable sorting, reading, and interpreting data in Google Sheets or similar tools is essential.
