Position Details (for all requests): Location : Remote (NY/NV/WI) - Might include travel We’re seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Colleague Finance Consultant to join our high-performing Managed Services team. In this strategic, client-facing role, you’ll work directly with colleges and universities to drive digital transformation, modernize their financial operations, and help deliver lasting institutional success. As a Colleague Finance Consultant, you won’t just implement software—you’ll become a trusted advisor to our customers. You will guide them through the transition to SaaS-based solutions, optimize the value of their Colleague Finance system, and ensure high-impact adoption across campus finance functions. Where you will make an impact • Accountable for all aspects related to service delivery of our Colleague Finance solution. This includes driving delivery improvement and engaging with our higher education customers. • Collaborate with consulting teams and peers to ensure customer and project expectations are exceeded. • Identify and remediate issues that impede enabling customer greatness. • Drive innovative and transformative strategies which will ensure successful SaaS implementations. • Continuously improve the customer experience by ensuring development, use, and maintenance of services artifacts that exceed customer expectations. • Proactively prepare for and deliver high quality consulting services. • Success will be measured by customer satisfaction, achievement of projects, and utilization targets. • Consult with customers to drive performance improvement, own problems, and execute with precision, and professionalism. What will you bring • Experience with the Colleague Finance product (3+ years). • Experience related to implementation, training, or consulting (2+ years). • Experience related to higher education with a focus on finance. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Must present a professional demeanor and support and demonstrate core values. • Ability to communicate to C-level leaders and project leaders both internally and externally. • Ability to enable delivery readiness, conduct problem solving and root cause analysis. • Strong prioritization and organizational skills. • Ability to manage activities based on the impact to the business. • Ability to multitask and meet varying deadlines consistently, effectively, and efficiently. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Ability to travel onsite to deliver consulting and implementation services based on delivery methodology.
