Job Overview As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our team members have the tools and support they need to thrive. You'll tackle software troubleshooting, manage computer systems, and provide top-notch customer service to resolve issues efficiently. Your expertise will help maintain our IT infrastructure and keep our systems running smoothly, allowing everyone to focus on their work without interruption. What you’ll do • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux. • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support requests while ensuring a seamless user experience. • Manage computer networking tasks, including VPN setup and firewall configurations. • Utilize tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and BMC Remedy for efficient incident management. • Administer Active Directory for user account management and permissions. • Assist with network administration tasks such as DNS (Domain Name System) configuration and TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) settings. • Collaborate with team members using platforms like ServiceNow and Jira to track issues and improvements. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with users to understand their needs. • Mobile devices configuration (iOS Tablets), support and troubleshoot Basic qualifications • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer hardware management. • Strong analysis skills to diagnose problems quickly and accurately. Preferred qualifications • Experience with IT infrastructure management, including LAN (Local Area Network) setups. • Familiarity with Meraki networking solutions. • Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO) for system configurations. • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly.
