Description: • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to enhance Micron’s business planning processes. • Gather requirements from Product Managers and Business Line Managers and translate them into analytical models that support efficient demand forecasting. • Develop analytics solutions using Python and Microsoft SQL Server. • Apply statistical methods such as linear regression and classification for forecasting. • Present findings and recommendations to team members and executives. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. • Propose innovative and practical solutions to support fact-based decision-making; gain hands-on experience in data architecture, statistical modeling, and process improvement. Requirements: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field. • Must not graduate before September 2024. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau. • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server (mentioned in responsibilities). • Superb communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation. • Familiarity with statistical methods such as linear regression and classification for forecasting. • Preferred: Experience in business analytics or demand forecasting; familiarity with data architecture and statistical modeling techniques; ability to work independently and collaboratively; interest in improving business processes through data-driven insights.
