About the role We are seeking a data-driven Paid Social Specialist with a strong focus on Meta Ads to drive growth for our clients. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS, while leveraging paid search campaigns as a complementary channel. You’ll collaborate closely with email specialists, website developers, and the creative team to develop holistic, full-funnel strategies tailored to each client’s goals. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential! What you'll do Develop and implement paid social strategies that align with client goals and business objectives. Oversee execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook/ Instagram). Lead budget and media planning, forecasting, testing frameworks, learning roadmaps, and measurement plans. Conduct platform audits to ensure best-in-class execution and identify opportunities for optimization. Serve as a thought leader for clients—delivering weekly performance readouts and actionable insights. Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting strategy and tactics to achieve KPIs. Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to keep eHouse’s paid media offerings cutting-edge. Build and nurture client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to client leadership and platform partners. Qualifications 3-5 years hands-on Paid Social experience, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Agency experience required, specifically managing multiple ecommerce clients in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and efficiency for Shopify or DTC brands through paid social. Experience managing full-funnel Meta strategies (prospecting, retargeting, retention). Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills. Preferred: Experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google/ Microsoft Bing) Meta Blueprint certification Experience contributing to thought leadership (case studies, reporting insights, testing frameworks)
