Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. egnite Health is a rapidly growing digital healthcare company dedicated to improving care for cardiovascular patients. The Area Vice President of Sales will sell CardioCare into hospitals across the Southeast, driving new account sales and expanding existing accounts while building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Responsibilities • Consistently exceed sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Run a tightly governed and milestone-based sales process that guides hospital governance and approval processes to a faster than industry average pitch to close contracting timeline for egnite • Provide accurate sales forecasts, including risks, timelines, and action plans • Coordinate internal and customer resources to ensure successful adoption of egnite solutions • Drive new account sales and expand existing accounts in hospital structural heart programs through relationships, industry events, and channel business partners • Identify and engage hospital and health system clients using consultative, value-based sales strategies • Uncover strategic opportunities that align with hospitals' and health systems’ goals • Deliver compelling, value-driven sales presentations and drive faster than industry average sales processes using GAP methodology • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, economic, and clinical decision-makers as well as industry channel partners • Stay informed on market trends, competition, and differentiation strategies including ongoing clinical and industry self-education and conference attendance Skills • Bachelor's degree required • Proven hospital sales success, particularly with cardiovascular physician leaders and CV service line administrators • Strong ability to build relationships with executive, economic, and clinical decision-makers as well as industry channel partners • Intellectually curious with a strong business and clinical acumen to articulate CardioCare's value proposition effectively • Strategic thinker with initiative, emotional intelligence, and self-direction • Ability to assess customer needs and apply tailored solutions • Strong interpersonal and influence management skills with key decision-makers • Highly communicative with internal and external stakeholders ranging from the egnite ELT, egnite technical and clinical colleagues, hospital customers, and industry channel partners • Excellent written, verbal, and persuasive presentation skills • Effective collaborator and team player with strong networking abilities • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines • Willingness to travel up to 80%, including frequent air travel • Must be located in the Southeast USA • Master's degree preferred • Digital health platform and/or structural heart experience highly desirable Company Overview • egnite is a visionary digital health company sparking healthcare transformation.
