For the Port Shopping Expert / Brand Ambassadors position we are looking for candidates that are: • Outgoing, dynamic, charismatic personality. • Professional & engaging. • Self-driven and goal-oriented — motivated to earn $$$$, grow, and lead. • Strong communication skills, ability to take feedback and a great team ethic. • Strong Presentation Skills on Microphone. • Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences. • Strong customer focus and dedication to customer retention. • Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate and take initiative. • Sales Experience, in particular jewelry sales, is preferred but not required. • Attracted by a stable base salary + uncapped earning potential — your income reflects your performance. • Ready to grow fast through personalized coaching, world-class training, and rapid, performance-based promotions.
