Company & Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Logistics & Distribution Support Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. This pivotal role is non-warehouse based and focuses entirely on the administrative, analytical, and communication functions that keep our supply chain and order fulfillment operations running smoothly. As a central hub between Sales, Inventory Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, Accounting, and our 3PL partners or internal warehouse teams, you will ensure the seamless, end-to-end flow of customer orders—from purchase order receipt to final delivery. This position does not involve physical inventory handling, but instead requires strong logistics coordination, vendor communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in logistics administration, distribution support, and supply chain coordination, and be comfortable managing the complexities of multi-warehouse, high-volume distribution environments. Job Summary This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective order processing, from receipt to delivery. Key Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end order management, including order receipt, processing, allocation, fulfillment, and delivery across the supply chain network • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouse teams, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any order-related issues. • Monitor inventory levels and order allocation to minimize shortage and fill rate issue • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. • Handle customer inquiries related to order status, trouble shoot, and escalations with a focus on exceptional service. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and planning • Ensure compliance with vendor standards, routing guide and company policies in all order management activities. • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on time rate and order status. Required Qualifications • Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 2 years focused on order management in a distribution environment. • Strong understanding of logistics principles, including transportation modes, warehouse operations, and inventory control. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. • Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners. • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. Preferred Skills • Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or high-volume B2B distribution. • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs processes.
