This is a real enterprise role with real product-market fit, strong unit economics, and a mission that actually matters. This is not a transactional AE seat. You’ll be selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments (Program Directors, DIOs, faculty, administrators) where decisions are thoughtful, standards are high, and buying cycles require strong discovery, multi-threading, and executive presence. You’ll report directly to the Sales Director in a fast-moving GTM org with clear direction — but where the system is still being shaped. You’ll have coaching, support, and high expectations, plus the autonomy to make smart calls and move fast. This role is for builders. What You’ll Do Own and scale a territory of residency & fellowship programs Prospect and multi-thread into senior GME leadership Run consultative discovery, demos, and structured enterprise sales cycles Navigate buying committees across academic and hospital systems Build outcome-driven business cases (remediation prevention, exam readiness, program performance) Maintain tight deal control and forecasting in HubSpot Bring sharp market feedback back into GTM strategy and messaging You’ll also help build the outbound engine — using Apollo, multi-channel sequencing, fast iteration on messaging, and real-time learning from what works (and what doesn’t). 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales (enterprise/strategic preferred) Proven ability to generate pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals Comfortable selling into healthcare, education, or other high-trust environments Strong discovery, executive communication, and deal discipline High urgency, high follow-through, low ego Experience in Health or Education preferable Genuinely AI-native in how you sell Experience using apollo.io Why edYOU You’ll be selling a category-defining product in a massive, urgent market, with direct access to leadership and real influence over how the enterprise motion scales.
