Responsibilities Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for our AI tutoring platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring product features from concept to launch. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements and prioritization of features. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify strategic opportunities for differentiation and growth. Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring timely releases that align with company objectives and user needs. Develop product positioning and messaging to communicate the value of our platform to stakeholders. Monitor and measure product performance using key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives. 5 years of product management experience, probably across 2 startups during their growth phases You've worked alongside experienced PMs and learned best practices, but are ready to BE the product voice Experience with B2B SaaS products, preferably EdTech, HealthTech, or AI-driven platforms Proven track record of shipping products that customers love and use Strong technical fluency—you can have deep conversations with engineers and AI/ML teams Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (certifications are a plus but not required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product, or related field (Master's is a plus) This role is not for you if you: Expect established processes and a structured product organization Want to manage other PMs right away (we'll get there, but not day one) Need dedicated resources (designer, analyst, researcher) to do your job Are uncomfortable with founder involvement in product decisions Prefer executing roadmaps over creating them Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Training & Development Work From Home Stock Option Plan
