If you are interested in ESD 112 positions please contact the ESD 112 HR Coordinator, RaeLynn Forcella at raelynn.forcella@esd112.org The Naselle-Gray Rivers School District is a K-12 district located 30 miles east of the Pacific Ocean in southwest Washington serving about 300 students General Responsibilities: Provide engaging, standards-aligned Spanish instruction for secondary students; build proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking; integrate cultural learning and authentic resources; maintain a structured, positive learning environment; differentiate to support diverse learners; use assessment data to guide instruction; communicate with families; and collaborate with colleagues to support students through strong instructional practices and MTSS/RTI systems. Terms of Employment: The salary range for the 2026-2027 school year is $56,038-$105,621 annually based on education and experience. Full benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, Department of Retirement Systems retirement and other optional benefits. Other extracurricular roles and pay stipends may also be available. Contact the district for more information. Essential Functions/Other Functions Essential Functions: Teach Spanish 1 and Spanish 2 (and/or additional levels as assigned). Integrate cultural learning and authentic resources to make language learning relevant. Establish clear expectations and strong relationships to maintain a safe, productive classroom. Differentiate instruction; use assessment data to support student growth. Communicate consistently with students and families regarding progress and expectations. Collaborate with colleagues to support 0students and implement MTSS/RTI practices. Teach an additional course/assignment based on endorsement and scheduling needs. Other Functions: Other duties as assigned. Minimum/Preferred Qualifications & Skills Minimum Qualifications: Valid Washington State teaching certificate (or eligible). Strong classroom management. Strong instructional, communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Spanish (World Language) endorsement preferred, or willingness/eligibility to obtain. One additional endorsement strongly preferred (e.g., CTE - any area, Mathematics 4-12, Physical Education) Experience emphasizing real-world communication (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and performance-based assessment. Willingness to contribute to student activities/clubs/leadership and/or athletics (as interested/available). Working Conditions/Employment Requirements Working Conditions: Classroom Environment.
