The Project Manager oversees the timely and high-quality completion of school website projects. This role involves extensive communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors via phone, email, and video conferencing. A basic understanding of graphic design, web design, user interface design, and technical aspects like HTML/CSS and JavaScript is essential—not to execute these tasks but to collaborate effectively with the technical team and designers. Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from project initiation to website launch. - Collaborate and communicate with photographers, developers, and design teams. - Conduct research to gather additional project assets. - Coordinate with graphic designers, organize brainstorming sessions, and provide feedback on design quality and usability. - Arrange photo shoots and training sessions. - Ensure projects meet goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
