EduBridge was founded in 2025 by Yumin Perry, who conceived the idea during her time as an academic professor as a result of engagement with students across different institutions and cultural backgrounds. EduBridge is designed to address the knowledge and skill gap between academic curricula and the contemporary business world. The core of EduBridge’s business is a two-sided online marketplace that connects business schools as well as students with industry-led experts. By facilitating these collaborations, EduBridge aims to equip the next generation by bridging theory and practical topics and skillsets in order to help its clients develop their academic knowledge into practical skills that can be applied in the workplace. Benefit: • Equity Compensation: This is an equity-only position with no cash payout at this stage. We offer a competitive equity stake for this position of up to 10% based on performance benchmarks. • Flexible Remote Work: Initially this position will allow for remote work from home or anywhere, with full autonomy as long as deliverables are met effectively. • Professional Growth: Collaborate closely with the founder to gain hands-on experience in the full business lifecycle – from idea incubation and due diligence, to marketing and fundraising. • Impactful Mission: Contribute to transforming higher education by making quality educational resources accessible and accountable! • Career Advancement: Consideration for promotion to a technical co-founder role in the event your work is excellent. Job Description: • Infrastructure Management: Oversee website maintenance such as platform scalability, server architecture, data storage, user experience monitoring, and security to ensure high platform availability and performance. • Operational Support: Develop new features that align with customer demand. B2C payment setup using Stripe. • Content Editing and Innovation: Discover new technology for video content editing, such as automated editing software or VR/AR enhancement for videos, integrating tools for video production, streaming, and platform metric tracking. ** You might be a good fit if you: • Thrive in fast-paced, ambitious & ambitious startup environment. • Love building from the ground up. • Rally cross-functional teams and lead initiative for user experience improvement, acquisition, and retention. • Bring experience in early-stage tech product development. • (It will be a plus) Have database development experience or other experience relevant to creating a database. • Are passionate about our mission to bring more accessible resources to higher education.
