As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our leadership team at our Edmonds Ferry Landing location. Serious applicants only. About the Role The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will work directly with the General Manager to uphold SPUD’s standards in service, food quality, cleanliness, and team culture. This is a working management position—you will lead by example while actively participating in daily service operations. Responsibilities • Train, coach, and develop team members • Hold staff accountable to performance standards; provide feedback, coaching, and when necessary, corrective action • Delegate tasks and ensure follow-through • Lead night and weekend operations as needed • Maintain SPUD’s high standards for customer service and product quality • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the interior and exterior of the restaurant • Enforce company policies, labor laws, safety, and security procedures • Oversee proper cash handling and deposit procedures • Support light maintenance of POS systems and in-store technology • Protect and promote the SPUD culture, brand, and aesthetic Qualifications • Strong communication and team-building skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment • Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Physical Requirements • Standing and walking on concrete for 4–8 hours per shift • Lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly • Frequent communication with team members and guests We offer part-time+ depending on availability and business needs.
