Full Description

Overview: We are seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Manager to lead and optimize production planning, inventory management, and material flow across a manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for driving process standardization, improving inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient scheduling to meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities: • Lead production planning, scheduling, and inventory control processes • Develop and manage MRP data, planning parameters, and replenishment strategies • Establish and maintain min/max levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods • Own and drive SIOP processes to align demand, supply, and production capacity • Improve inventory accuracy, reporting, and transactional integrity • Oversee warehouse and material flow strategies to support operational efficiency • Drive process improvements, including transitioning manual processes into system-driven solutions (RF scanning, automation, etc.) • Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams • Lead, develop, and mentor planning, inventory, and materials teams Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related) • Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and material flow • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Syteline or similar preferred) • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment • Experience driving process improvements and system implementations • Familiarity with Lean principles, pull systems, and continuous improvement methodologies • Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
