About Us Edify One (edifyone.com) and Wholesale Hemp Farms (wholesalehempfarms.com) are premium, science-backed brands in the cannabinoid and mushroom wellness space. With our "Curate Your Life" tagline, we emphasize full Seed-to-Self control—from cultivation to consumption—for unmatched transparency, potency, and trust. Our current lineup includes hemp gummies (e.g., energy, sleep, mood, and mushroom-focused), tinctures, roll-ons, and premium hemp flowers/pre-rolls at wholesale prices direct to consumers. We're building powerful affiliate programs to drive sustainable growth in the health & wellness, hemp, and CBD markets. We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to build, launch, and scale affiliate programs for both brands on a part-time, remote basis. This role starts part-time but offers significant upside through performance incentives tied directly to the revenue you help generate. You'll leverage Shopify and UpPromote while integrating major networks to recruit high-quality partners in regulated wellness niches. Key Responsibilities: • Design, set up, and optimize affiliate programs on Shopify using UpPromote (custom commissions, tiers, tracking, promo tools). • Integrate and manage partnerships with major networks including Awin, ShareASale, and CJ. • Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates, influencers, and partners—targeting health & wellness, with strong preference for hemp/CBD expertise. • Develop strategies to maximize traffic, conversions, and revenue while aligning with our transparent, science-driven brand voice. • Monitor performance, analyze KPIs (ROI, acquisitions, etc.), optimize campaigns, and report regularly. • Maintain strict compliance with FTC guidelines, hemp/CBD regulations, and industry standards. • Collaborate on promotional assets and content to support affiliate success. • Innovate based on affiliate trends in e-commerce and wellness. Requirements • Proven hands-on experience building and managing affiliate programs on Shopify, especially with UpPromote (or comparable tools). • Strong track record with major networks: Awin, ShareASale, and CJ (setup, optimization, reporting). • Background in health & wellness marketing; direct experience in hemp, CBD, or cannabinoid products is highly preferred. • Knowledge of DTC e-commerce, affiliate recruitment (social, influencers), and compliance in regulated industries. • Analytical mindset with tools like Google Analytics and affiliate dashboards. • Excellent remote communication and relationship skills. • Self-starter comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience scaling affiliate programs for DTC brands in supplements or regulated sectors (subscriptions, personalized wellness a plus). • Creative approach to authentic, quirky content that fits our entertaining-yet-credible brand.
