Full Description

About Edia Our mission is for every child to have an exceptional experience in school. Edia is a Series A technology startup revolutionizing K-12 education with AI-driven solutions. We develop software to improve math education, tackle chronic absenteeism, and optimize MTSS processes for school districts. Today, Edia supports 150+ districts across the country (e.g. New York City, Miami, Fulton County, Denver, etc.). About the Role We're looking for a strategic, hands-on demand generation leader who's energized by the challenge of figuring out what works in B2B SaaS marketing today—not just repeating what worked five years ago. This role is for someone who recognizes that the old playbook is broken: generic MQLs, spray-and-pray campaigns, and rigid funnels aren't cutting it anymore. Instead, you'll have the freedom—and the mandate—to explore, test, and define how demand generation should work for a modern B2B company building toward product-led growth. You'll operate with high autonomy, a healthy experimentation budget, and direct access to leadership. Your job is to build the engine that drives predictable pipeline growth while laying the foundation for a scalable, repeatable growth motion. What You’ll Do You'll have real freedom to explore and define how modern demand generation works in practice: Test emerging channels and tactics that traditional B2B companies are too slow to adopt—whether that's creative uses of intent data, community-led growth, or AI-assisted personalization. Challenge conventional wisdom about what drives pipeline. If you think MQLs are a vanity metric, or that ABM needs to be rethought, we want to hear it—and give you room to prove it. Build for the future, not just the present: You'll design campaigns that work today while setting up the infrastructure (data, segmentation, nurture) for a product-led growth motion. Move fast and learn faster: We value speed of learning over perfection. You'll have the space to run experiments, make bold calls, and iterate based on what the data tells you. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a rigid plan or asked to execute someone else's strategy. It's a role where you define the strategy, and we give you the resources and support to prove it out. This is a growing team and you'll also have the opportunity to help build and shape the future of marketing at Edia. What You'll Own Build and scale a multi-channel demand engine that drives qualified pipeline through digital, email, ABM, and lifecycle campaigns—prioritizing what works, killing what doesn't. Develop a repeatable experimentation framework to test channels, messaging, offers, and targeting strategies, using data to inform what we double down on. Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure campaigns translate into pipeline—refining ICPs, optimizing handoffs, and improving conversion at every stage. Lay the groundwork for product-led growth by designing nurture flows, activation campaigns, and data infrastructure that turn self-serve users into expansion revenue. Measure what matters: Track and report on campaign performance (pipeline contribution, CAC, velocity) and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership. Qualifications 3–6 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline growth (we care more about results than tenure). A healthy skepticism of "best practices": You've seen what works and what doesn't, and you're not afraid to challenge conventional approaches. Hands-on execution skills: You're comfortable setting up campaigns yourself in tools like HubSpot, Clay, and paid platforms—but you think strategically about what to build and why. Strong analytical chops: You use data to make decisions, but you also trust your intuition when the data is inconclusive. Comfort with ambiguity and speed: You thrive in environments where priorities shift, and you're expected to figure things out as you go. Bonus points for: Experience at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company that's challenged traditional marketing approaches Familiarity with product-led growth motions or self-serve funnels A POV on where B2B marketing is headed (and what's overhyped) Why Join Edia? High-impact role where you’ll shape the narrative of a fast-scaling ed-tech AI startup. Work closely with leadership and GTM teams to drive market success. Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits package. Hybrid-friendly work environment with flexibility on remote work. Work Authorization: We are currently unable to sponsor or transfer work authorization for all jobs. If things change in the future, we'll be sure to update this section. We appreciate your interest in Edia. Feel free to follow us on LinkedIn to learn more about what we're doing to improve education outcomes in the US.
