Overview The Reporting and Communications Team Leadis responsible forthe development, oversight, and delivery of all project communications, reporting requirements, and stakeholder engagement materials in support of the BPA task order. This individual leads a team focused on synthesizing program activities into clear,accurate, andtimelyreports and ensures effective, compliant communication with BPA stakeholders, executive leadership, and the contractor team. Preferred Secret or L clearance needed to be considered. Responsibilities Project Reporting: Oversees the production and quality of all contractual status reports, deliverables, and ad hoc submissions. Ensures alignment of reports with BPA requirements, PWS specifications, and federal standards. Reviews and approves all draft and final reports prior to submission. Internal/External Communications: Develops and manages communication protocols and strategies to ensure timely dissemination of project information. Serves as primary contact for routine communications with BPA and stakeholder entities. Facilitates information flow among project teams, leadership, and client representatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinates stakeholder briefings, project meetings, and presentation materials. Prepares engagement summaries, executive dashboards, and talking points for leadership. Solicits and incorporates stakeholder feedback to continuously improve reporting and communication processes. Quality Assurance: Implements and enforces internal standards to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all communications and reports. Conducts quality reviews and ensures deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Supervises reporting and communications team staff, providing mentorship and performance management. Develops team training plan to ensure awareness of federal reporting obligations and BPA expectations. Allocates team tasks and monitors workload distribution. Compliance and Records Management: Maintains a comprehensive repository of communications, reports, and program documentation. Ensures compliance with federal, BPA, and contract-specific records management and privacy requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, Business, IT, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a reporting, communications, or project coordinator role supporting federal programs or the energy sector; 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Certifications: PMP, CAPM, or other project management/communications credentials are desirable but not required. Knowledge/Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience with federal reporting standards and requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration platforms, and project management tools Familiarity with privacy, records management, and security requirements in federal contracting Ability to synthesize technical information for executive and non-technical audiences Team leadership and interpersonal effectiveness Security Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain the Secret security clearance.
