About the job At Edged, our Supply Chain team ensures that critical equipment and services are procured, delivered, and compliant across our rapidly growing data center portfolio. As a Procurement Operations Lead you will own the full North American procurement lifecycle and systems. From supplier onboarding and compliance to demand forecasting, P2P execution, and supplier performance management. This role is central to maintaining accuracy, speed, and control in our procurement process, while also driving strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen vendor partnerships and being able to thrive in fast-paced environments.You will work closely with Finance, AP, Operations and Project Delivery to ensure vendors are onboarded correctly, POs are executed on time, and leadership has reliable data. About Edged Edged is a fast-growing global network of carbon neutral, zero-water data centers that leads the industry in energy efficiency. Edged is backed by a deep proprietary technology stack including advanced waterless cooling, renewable microgrid systems, ultra-clean generators, and waste-to-fuel solutions. The platform is designed for rapid deployment and has so far announced nine major projects in construction in the U.S., with many more in development. The North American division of Edged is a joint venture between an affiliate of Endeavour and one of the largest private multinational corporations with business lines including technology, energy, engineering, as well as other materially related economic sectors. Key Responsibilities • Own and maintain the P2P process, from requisition to PO to closeout, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. • Act as procurement process owner, setting benchmarks for cycle time, compliance, and supplier performance, and reporting directly to leadership on progress toward procurement KPIs. • Resolve systemic AP/Finance discrepancies by implementing preventive measures, negotiating resolutions with vendors, and driving improvements to invoice/payment processes. • Enforce, document, and update operating procedures for key procurement transactions. • Tracks and resolve workflow bottlenecks, missing approvals, and errors. • Partner with Operations and IT to improve fata flow and reporting across departments. • Lead demand and capacity forecasting for OFCI across North America, collaborating with Operations and Finance to align supplier planning with long-term business needs. • Design and implement strategic procurement initiatives, including supplier performance programs, ERP automation enhancements, and compliance frameworks that scale across the business. Skills & Requirements • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain operations, preferably in construction or data centers. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage high PO volumes. • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent requests. • Collaborative mindset with Finance, Operations, and Construction stakeholders. • Proficiency with NetSuite or other ERP systems. • Strong Excel/Power BI skills to support reporting. • Clear communicator; comfortable with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Education / Experience • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certification (CPSM, CIPS, PMP) preferred. • 6–8 years of progressive procurement experience, including demonstrated ownership of supplier relationships, strategic sourcing, and compliance frameworks in construction, manufacturing, or data centers. • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier onboarding and compliance. • Experience with ERP-driven procurement (NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
