TASK ORDER PROJECT MANAGER - Hybrid Remote This is a client-facing role responsible for program/project management across a suite of applications supporting DLA Disposition Services, including ETID, RTD Web, Compliance Suite, GenComm, and related systems. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the Task Order Project Manager and key personnel, providing day-to-day leadership and direction for all DIW task order activities, deliverables, and project staff. • Act as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer, COR, DIW Program Office, and J6 stakeholders on all contractual, technical, schedule, and business issues. • Develop, manage, and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, Project Management Plan, IMS, WBS, and a product roadmap for DIW capabilities. • Plan, direct, and control project activities, schedule, and cost objectives are met across all technical support and Defense Business Systems (DBS) lifecycle tasks. • Oversee preparation and submission of management deliverables, including weekly activity reports, monthly status reports, invoices, staffing plans, quality control documentation. • Lead transition planning and execution, development and maintenance of Transition Plan, providing transition-out support if the follow-on award is made to another contractor. • Ensure adherence to DoD and DLA standards and policies for cybersecurity/RMF, Section 508, DODAF architecture, 8140/8570 workforce requirements, data management, and quality management. • Support and lead program reviews and In-Process Reviews (IPRs), providing clear and concise status on schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. • Validate and approve level-of-effort, staffing, and task-level deliverables to support accurate invoicing and performance-based assessments. • Coordinate with other DLA and DoD contractors and stakeholders to align DIW activities with enterprise architecture, standards, and ongoing modernization initiatives. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 10 years’ recent hands on experience with the above listed skills, DBS lifecycle management, application sustainment, maintenance, and technical support, project plans, schedules, IMS/WBS, risk registers, metrics, and program reporting in alignment with federal program management best practices, as well as leading briefings, IPRs, and status meetings with CORs, KOs, and senior program stakeholders, for DLA JETS/JETS 2.0, DLA Disposition Services, reverse logistics, or systems such as ETID, RTD Web, Compliance Suite, and GenComm, on/in a US Federal Government DoD systems. • REQUIRED EDUCATION: BS/BA STEM Degree or Related Fields. • REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(s): PMP - PgMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner. • REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Active Secret. #HiringImmediately #DLA #ProjectManager #Job #PgMP #WeAreTheEmployer #LongTermWork #PRINCE2 #Employmnet #Career Additional Information EDC and our subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
