ECS is seeking a Program Operations Manager - Cybersecurity to work remotely.     Overview The Program Operations Manager will serve as a deputy to the Program Manager, providing direct oversight of day-to-day operations for a large federal cybersecurity program. This role ensures delivery performance, service level compliance, and coordination across technical and security operations teams. The Program Operations Manager acts as a central point for reporting, scheduling, and issue escalation, enabling the Program Manager to focus on strategic direction and stakeholder engagement.  Core Capabilities  * Delivery management and operations oversight across multi-disciplinary teams.  * SLA and KPI tracking with proactive reporting and escalation.  * Program coordination, scheduling, and resource alignment.  * Support for compliance and contractual deliverables.  * Strong communication and liaison skills with stakeholders, vendors, and federal partners.  Qualifications * U.S. Citizenship.  * Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “L” clearance.  * Minimum 7 years of experience supporting federal cybersecurity or IT program delivery.  * Experience with SLA/KPI monitoring, reporting, and corrective action planning.  * Strong organizational and documentation skills.  * Demonstrated ability to manage daily operational issues across cross-functional teams.  * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
