We are looking for someone to play an important part in our company’s product Agile development process. Our ideal Quality Assurance Engineer’s responsibilities include developing quality standards, designing and implementing behaviorally-driven test plans and test suites, performing and automating those test cases, identifying issues in the production of our product in a reproducible manner, and defining potential corrective actions. We want to meet you if you enjoy strategically testing software, automating those tests, identifying defects, and improving quality processes across software solutions. Review product requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Document product defects in a clear, reproducible manner in Jira and Xray Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Agile software development lifecycle Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium, Playwright, and other testing tools Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience as a QA specialist, QA analyst, QA engineer or similar role Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance in a software environment Experience writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Strong attention to detail Experience with Selenium, PlayWright, WebdriverIo or similar automated test frameworks preferred Knowledge around Java, Javascript/Typescript, or Python scripting or development preferred
