About the Opportunity The Partner Growth Marketing Specialist supports the planning, execution and optimization of partner‑led marketing initiatives and events across priority verticals. The role drives targeted marketing programs across key channels, delivers high‑quality partner and dealer event experiences, and strengthens collaboration with Sales and the global Marketing team to enable business growth. The role also includes regular in‑person engagement with partners, spending time on‑site to plan and implement co‑branded initiatives that deliver commercially aligned value for both organizations. In this role, the key responsibilities include: • Plan, execute and optimize BAU and tactical marketing programs across key channels to drive a strong, targeted marketing presence. • Own the end‑to‑end strategy, project planning, setup, activation and measurement of all events, including partner‑led events, trade shows and hosted experiences, including necessary travel. • Support Sales teams by developing tailored collateral, in‑showroom and digital resources, reporting and marketing tools that strengthen partner engagement. • Coordinate multi‑channel tactical campaigns across digital, email, SMS and partner communication channels in collaboration with internal channel owners. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support workflow management, prioritize projects and deliver partner and dealer marketing initiatives — including in‑person visits with partners to jointly plan and execute co‑branded campaigns. What You’ll Need to Succeed • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required. • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or subject matter experience • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same or similar role with demonstrated experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, with subject matter expertise in two or more disciplines • Demonstrated experience in project management of end-to-end campaigns and marketing initiatives • High proficiency in time management with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks with accuracy, to budget and to deadlines • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) • Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas • Exceptional written and spoken communicator with the ability to prepare performance reports, presentations and marketing communications • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with and influence outcomes with various stakeholders and marketing channel owners • The ability to balance partner needs against the company’s vision. Preferred • Partner driven or intermediaries go-to-market experience, ideally with referral groups within a finance or technology background. • Experience in brand building and multi‑channel campaign management. • Experience producing • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Strong stakeholder management capability, especially with external partners, referrers and sales teams. • Collaborative, proactive and creative, with strong communication skills. • Experience with trade shows and events is advantageous. • Comfortable with inter-provincial travel and spending time in‑market with partners to deliver co‑branded programs.
