As an Ecolab District Manager, select, train, develop and coach a team of sales and service associates to drive profitable growth for the district. In this critical leadership role, serve as the single point of contact for customers while overseeing all selling activities and RGG, and prioritizing the districts largest growth opportunities to offer unparalleled customer satisfaction and a cleaner, safer healthier world. What You Will Do: Manage a team of individual contributors with an average team size of 9 direct reports Average assigned sales budget of $14M based on team size, team experience level and market opportunity Accountable for achieving district goals including sales, customer retention, growth targets and route model efficiencies through leveraging distributor partners, corporate accounts, cross-divisional partners and headquarters resources Own profit and loss for assigned area by managing sales budgets, defining sales territories to direct market growth, growing sales at the projected rate, retaining existing customers and controlling expenses Ensure team achieves key sales and service performance metrics and follows established processes and protocols Recommend unique programs and solutions to customers by leveraging technology Efficiently manage leased equipment to control costs Position Details: Candidate must reside within a commutable distance from College Park, GA Territory includes cities within a 50 mile radius of the Atlanta airport Minimum Qualifications: Secondary diploma or equivalent certificate Combination of 3 years mechanical, sales and/or leadership experience Position requires a current and valid driver's license No Immigration Sponsorship available Physical Demands: Drive a company vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Prior sales leadership experience About Ecolab Institutional: Discover how our partnership with customers helps serve 45 billion restaurant meals and clean more than one billion hotel rooms annually. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The total Compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $164,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
