Ecolab is seeking career-minded Finance professionals who have the long-term potential to serve as leaders at Ecolab to join our full-time Finance Development Program (FDP). This selective program is designed to give you a broad perspective of Ecolab, a large network of finance professionals, and detailed knowledge and application of fundamental finance skills. The Finance Development Program provides accelerated experience into Ecolab’s Finance organization. What’s in it For You: Gain accelerated experience and broad exposure to Ecolab’s businesses, culture, and people through three unique position rotations within Ecolab’s three finance pillars: Financial Planning and Analysis Commercial Finance Specialty Finance Strengthen your business acumen supported with impactful work and leadership development Hone your technical and leadership skills through robust training and formal demonstration Grow your network through an established FDP cohort, mentorship program, and connections with Ecolab Finance professionals Position yourself for roles of increasing responsibility as you further your career at Ecolab What You Will Do: Complete three unique position rotations: The first two rotations are set at approximately one year each and the third rotation, your final placement through the program, is driven by your career goals Each placement will be in a different corporate or business division and will be assigned based on a combination of business needs and individual career aspirations. Relocate for at least one rotation placement. Placement locations will be in one of our Corporate Offices listed below. First placements are determined after an offer is accepted with input from our incoming FDPs. St. Paul, MN Naperville, IL Greensboro, NC Houston, TX King of Prussia, Pennsylvania Note: Positions/Locations are announced in February/March and incoming FDPs will be matched based on career aspirations. Minimum Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Senior status with a graduation date in Spring 2026 Must be authorized for work in the US without sponsorship now or and anytime in the future Must be open to relocation Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of financial and management accounting principles Ability to utilize and learn new tools and systems to manipulate and analyze financial data Strong Microsoft excel skills Project management skills with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Well-developed organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams and environment Ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external customers Annual or Hourly Compensation Range: 73000 - 75000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
