Job Title: Sales Manager – Industrial Water Systems Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Location: Florida (Hybrid – travel required across U.S. and international markets as needed) Position Overview: Eco World Water Corp., a leading innovator in modular separator and advanced water systems (AWS) for treatment and reuse applications, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in the industrial (non-municipal) sector. This role will focus on expanding Eco World’s presence in industrial wastewater treatment, manufacturing, food and beverage, power, agriculture, and data center markets. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of water systems with proven sales leadership to develop and close high-value projects. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting industrial clients across key verticals. • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Eco World’s Separator and Advanced Water Systems (AWS) in applications such as: • Industrial wastewater treatment and reuse • Process-water recovery and polishing • Cooling tower and boiler-feed pre-treatment • High-strength or compliance-driven effluent treatment • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering firms, OEMs, integrators, and industrial end users. • Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to align system design and specifications with customer requirements. • Lead bid preparation, proposals, and contract negotiations for industrial clients. • Track and report pipeline metrics, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership. • Represent Eco World at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to expand brand presence. • Provide feedback to R&D and marketing teams on customer trends and emerging market needs. • Develop strategic channel partnerships to accelerate market penetration in high-growth industrial segments. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in industrial water treatment, membrane systems, or process equipment. • Demonstrated success in solution-based sales with measurable revenue growth. • Strong technical understanding of advanced filtration technologies, including, RO, UF, and media filtration. • Ability to translate technical benefits into clear commercial value propositions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-starter with ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-lead capital projects. • Willingness to travel 40–50% domestically, with occasional international travel.
